The instructors are excellent at cultivating and safe and comfortable environment for learning and expression. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful , and welcoming. I learned a lot and would recommend this for any other beginners.

From start to finish the experience over delivered. The combination of essential curriculum blended with personal examples made the material easier to grasp. Individual questions were addressed during the class and functioned as the ideal teachable moment.
