I attended the online class “How to Enter the World of Bondage Successfully”. Dan was a great speaker and obviously knows his stuff, but still humble enough to admit you’re always learning. I’m fairly new to the community but still pretty well informed on how things work so not everything said was new to me but there was a lot of specific information that was super useful. For example, good starter rope and what to look for when buying and little pieces of advice like taking photos with the bottom’s phone so they can control what happens with the pictures. I also appreciated the emphasis on consent, safety, and negotiation. This was well worth the money and I’ll definitely be attending more online classes!

The “How To Enter the World of Rope Bondage Successfully” class was a great entrance into the rope bondage world. Sir Knotty Dan was easy to follow and made everything so understandable I had no further questions at the end of the class. Looking forward to taking more classes offered by him and All Tied Up

Laid out a very nice basics of rope bondage from a little bit of history to types of rope and safety. Was very open to questions and would ask if folks had questions. Enjoyed the slides and felt like a good basis on which to build upon knowledge of rope.

The introductory rope class given by Sir Knotty Dan was truly educational. There is a lot to know and stay aware before venturing further into the realm of tying. Etiquette, ethics , communication prior to beginning actual tying was presented in a good humored but serious way. Sir Dan did an excellent job of putting a real and very human face on the subject. Took away fear and trepidation one might have when venturing into new adventures. All Tied Up provides a safe arena where tying can be explored and enjoyed.
